(1) William PHILLIPS [Sr.], b. about 1758/59 in England or Maryland, d. 22 Mar 1834 in Lebanon, Marion Co., KY; m., 28 May 1786 in Nelson Co., KY, to Margaret BLAND (b. about 1770, d. 14 Apr 1835; daughter of Osborne BLAND & Letitia HAMRICK?); they resided, possibly in MD (place unknown), Washington Co., KY, and Lebanon, Marion Co., KY; their children:
