An incredible number of toys, souvenirs, memorabilia, promotional items, and other merchandise were marketed under the Hopalong Cassidy name and logo. Some of these items in my collection were saved from my youth. Others were acquired in later years.
Here is a metal ring with a photo of Hoppy under a round glass. It is adjustable and the top is 5/8 inches in diameter. |
Here is another metal Hoppy ring. The top lifts up to reveal a "secret" compartment! It is also adjustable and the top is 3/4 inches in diameter. |
Here is a "good luck" token or medal made of aluminum. It is 1 1/8 inches in diameter. |
This metal Hoppy sheriff's badge is 2 1/8 inches in diameter. |
Here is another larger metal (probably brass) sheriff's badge; it is 3 1/2 inches in diameter. |
This black glass marble has a white image of Hoppy on it. It is 15/16 inches in diameter. |
This silvery metal money clip has a picture of Hoppy under a glass. The round part is 1 11/16 inches in diameter. |
Here are three pocket knives. They are all made by the Novelty Knife Co. and are 3 1/2 inches long. The left one has one blade and has colorful views on one side of Hoppy's horse Topper. The center one has two blades and colorful views on both sides of Hoppy and his horse Topper. The right one has one blade and has a colorful view on one side of Hoppy. |

Here is one of the Hoppy watches so coveted by children in the 1950s! The black leather band has western symbols embossed on it in silver color. The back of the watch has "Good Luck from Hoppy" engraved on it. It is made by US Time and is 1 inch wide. |
This is a bronze colored metal belt or pocket clip. It has a small round glass window which originally may have had a small picture attached behind it. The words "Hopalong Cassidy" and "Bar 20" are part of the raised design. It is 1 x 2 inches in size. |
